Program Note

              Elements explores the different patterns, colors, textures, and movements of the four elements: fire, air, water, and earth. Though each is unique, similarities between them can sometimes blur the lines of distinction. The music complements the video, contemplating the way sound and film can have similar gestures and shapes despite being distinct mediums.
